Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Prior experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication to interact with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest care during all operating hours with clear communication.
• Ensure vehicle information is documented and relayed to teammates.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check oil level with teammates and verify tire pressures.
• Inspect and refill fluids as necessary and complete repair orders.
