Paycom - ATS in Hyannis, MA is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to deliver an unforgettable first impression. No automotive sales experience is required, and you will help customers explore New and Pre-owned vehicles, while leveraging our CRM to maintain relationships.

You will greet customers, present product knowledge, schedule appointments, and participate in a structured training program with opportunities for advancement within our dealership.

Qualifications

• No automotive sales experience required.
• Ability to present product information and demonstrate features, warranties and services.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Proficient in using CRM to enter data and follow up with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly, professional manner.
• Enter customer contact information into the CRM accurately.
• Maintain rapport with customers and suggest trade-ins and promotions.
