Paycom - ATS is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant who can deliver an unforgettable first impression. No automotive sales experience is required; you will join a paid 90-day training program and learn the basics of vehicle features, financing options, and our CRM workflow.

You will greet customers, gather information, present products, schedule follow-ups, and close sales while maintaining showroom appearance and following established processes.

Qualifications

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Enter customer data accurately into the CRM.
• Qualify buyers by understanding requirements.
• Explain product features, warranties, and financing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.

• Maintain rapport with customers and follow up on leads.

• Schedule and manage customer appointments and follow-ups.
• Attend training meetings and contribute to department goals.
• Maintain showroom inventory and appearance.
• Qualify buyers and close sales with proper documentation.
