Jiffy Lube in Jacksonville, NC is seeking a motivated Automotive Customer Service Advisor. No automotive experience is required as we provide training. A valid driver’s license is preferred and the role combines customer service, sales, communication, and basic automotive tasks.

• Perform basic preventive maintenance (oil changes, inspections, fluid top-offs, wipers).
• Review services with customers, ensure satisfaction, encourage return visits.
• Assist the team and perform other duties as assigned.
