Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience or exposure to insurance or claims handling is helpful but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Outlook.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple cases.
