Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting and reviewing LP & GP agreements, advisory agreements, fund documents, and other legal contracts
• Conduct legal and regulatory research related to securities laws, investment management, and regulatory compliance
• Assist with the formation and ongoing representation of Registered Investment Advisers ("RIAs"), Exempt Reporting Advisers ("ERAs"), and Private Funds
• Support attorneys in advising clients on business formation, governance, and other matters
• Assist with regulatory filings, examinations, inquiries, and compliance initiatives
• Participate in client meetings and assist with preparing client communications and legal materials
• Stay informed of legal and regulatory developments affecting investment advisers, private funds, and other financial services firms

Worthright & Gaine is seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Attorney to join our growing team.

We advise Registered Investment Advisers ("RIAs"), Private Fund Managers, Family Offices, Business Owners, and Financial Professionals on a broad range of legal, regulatory, and business matters.

This position provides an opportunity for a new attorney to gain hands‑on experience working directly with experienced attorneys and clients across securities law, investment management, and regulatory compliance matters.

Role Responsibilities
