Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Senior Attorney in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will independently manage client matters, provide strategic legal counsel, and collaborate with partners and clients. Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal contracts, including LP & GP agreements and advisory agreements.
• Advise clients on business formation, governance, and succession planning.
• Lead and manage client matters with independence.
• Counsel clients on securities laws and regulatory compliance.
• Represent clients in regulatory examinations and compliance initiatives.
• Assist with the formation and representation of RIAs, ERAs, and Private Funds.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research related to securities laws.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted adviser.
• Collaborate with partners and attorneys on complex legal matters.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in securities law, investment management, or regulatory compliance preferred.
• Experience managing client matters and legal projects independently.
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
