Date: September 1, 2026 Primary Location: Glen Mills, PA Company: Worthright & Gaine, LLC Job Description: Worthright & Gaine is seeking an experienced Senior Attorney to join our growing team. We advise Registered Investment Advisers ("RIAs"), Private Fund Managers, Family Offices, Business Owners, and Financial Professionals on a broad range of legal, regulatory, and business matters. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant legal experience and be comfortable independently managing client matters, providing strategic legal counsel, and working directly with firm partners and clients. This role will also provide opportunities to contribute to the continued growth and development of the firm.

Role Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate LP & GP agreements, advisory agreements, fund documents, corporate agreements, and other complex legal contracts;
• Advise clients on business formation, governance, and succession planning matters;
• Lead and manage client matters with a high degree of independence;
• Counsel clients on securities laws, investment management regulations, and regulatory compliance matters;
• Advise and represent clients in connection with regulatory examinations, inquiries, and compliance initiatives;
• Assist with the formation and ongoing representation of Registered Investment Advisers ("RIAs"), Exempt Reporting Advisers ("ERAs"), and Private Funds;
• Conduct legal and regulatory research related to securities laws and investment management;
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted legal adviser on ongoing matters;
• Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on complex legal and regulatory matters;

Qualifications
