Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal contracts, including LP & GP agreements and advisory agreements.
• Advise on business formation, governance, and succession planning.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to business development.
• Collaborate with partners and clients on legal matters.
• Assist with the formation and representation of RIAs, ERAs, and Private Funds.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research related to securities laws.
• Support clients with regulatory examinations and compliance initiatives.
