Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal in Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year+ of customer-facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager and participate in recruiting and training activities.
• Originate new loan business by engaging customers and understanding needs.
• Educate customers on lending services and guide loan applications.
• Support branch goals and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
