Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1+ year of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must meet background checks and licensing eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on lending services and credit improvement options.
• Assist with loan applications, closings and related paperwork.
• Support recruiting, training and sales goal plans for branch growth.
• Promote Republic Finance values and ensure excellent customer experience.
