The ABM will train for 18–24 months and support branch operations and sales goals. You will learn lending products, assist in hiring and coaching staff, and drive customer service excellence in a fully onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Willingness to relocate for promotion within the company
• Full relocation package provided for moves over 50 miles

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding their needs
• Educate customers on lending services and how to improve credit
• Guide loan applications and remind on payments as needed
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales planning
• Promote core values and ensure outstanding customer experience
