The role offers a clear path to management, on-site work, and a compensation package including a base salary of $45,000 with an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

You will learn branch operations, originate new loan business, educate customers on lending products, and assist in recruiting and training to meet sales goals while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal fields include Business, Finance, Sales or related.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; pass screenings.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding needs.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services and improve credit knowledge.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales plans.
• Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, and assist closings.
• Support relocation for promotion to Branch Manager when needed.
