Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager for an onsite role in Evansville, IN. The position offers a clear path to management and a competitive base salary with an uncapped bonus tied to performance.

A $2,500 sign-on bonus is also included and benefits are comprehensive. You will participate in an 18–24 month paid training program, learn branch operations, and then manage your own branch with relocation support when promoted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion

Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applications and perform risk analyses.
• Make credit decisions and administer loan closings.
• Educate customers on lending services and assist with loan applications.
• Recruit and train staff and help implement plans to meet sales goals
