Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager to grow into a Branch Manager role. The position is 100% onsite in the United States and offers a clear path to management, a robust benefits package, and relocation support as you advance within the company.

You will learn branch operations through an on-the-job training program, participate in credit decisions, and help drive loan growth while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience is preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion; relocation package provided

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day branch operations and management.
• Develop and train staff toward promotion to Branch Manager.
• Originate loan business by contacting customers and presenting lending options.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and support branch goals.
