Republic Finance, LLC is hiring for an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager in Indiana. The role offers a clear path to management, a 100% onsite work arrangement, competitive base pay of $45,000 annually, and an uncapped monthly bonus that averages $8,000 per year.

A $2,500 sign-on bonus is also included, with robust benefits and relocation support. The ABM will learn branch operations through paid training and eventually manage a branch, recruit and train staff, and drive loan volume while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with loan options and guide them through the application process.
• Support recruitment and training efforts; help achieve sales goals and enhance customer experience.
• Evaluate loan applications, assist with credit decisions, and coordinate closings as needed.
• Promote company values and opportunities for advancement within Republic Finance.
