Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, data, communications, or related field; AI experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Curious, coachable, proactive with a go-getter attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery, product demos, and technical sales activities with Solutions Engineers and Account Executives.
• Learn customer business challenges and transformation goals in contact center contexts.
• Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations to show value and outcomes.
• Help create customer demos, use cases, presentations, and technical docs.
• Document requirements, objectives, integration needs, and risks across the sales cycle.
• Develop knowledge of Talkdesk AI Platform, cloud contact center tech, and workflows.
• Collaborate with teams to enable high-quality customer engagements and demos.
• Participate in meetings, AI workshops, enablement sessions, and team learning.
