Talkdesk, Inc. is seeking an Associate Solutions Engineer - Mixed Industries (West) for a remote role in the United States. This early-career role supports demonstrations, discovery, and problem solving to transform customer experiences using Talkdesk AI and cloud contact center software.

You will learn from experienced engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop communications skills to turn complex tech concepts into business value for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, data, communications, or related field; AI experience preferred.
• Strong interest in technology, SaaS, AI, cloud software and contact centers.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Curiosity, coachability, initiative, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery, product demos, and technical sales activities with Solutions Engineers and Account Execs.
• Learn customer challenges, contact center operations, and transformation goals.
• Assist in preparing demos and customer-specific use cases and materials.
• Document customer requirements, objectives, and integration needs throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop knowledge of Talkdesk AI Platform and cloud contact center tech.
