Meritt is seeking an energetic SDR/BDR in New York to fuel growth with AI-assisted prospecting. You will identify target accounts, perform multi-channel outreach, and qualify opportunities for Account Executives.

The role emphasizes learning, coaching, and rapid iteration, with a clear promotion path to AE within 12–18 months based on performance. Base salary plus uncapped OTE is offered, along with health benefits and a home office stipend.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years experience; internships or retail/hospitality fine.
• Strong English communication and listening skills.
• Comfort using AI tools to draft outreach and analyze behavior.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback quickly.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research target accounts using intent data and AI tools.
• Execute multi-channel outreach to engage decision-makers (60–80 dials daily).
• Qualify leads using BANT or MEDDIC before handing off.
• Leverage AI copilots for messaging and talk-tracks at scale.
• Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot/Salesforce for forecasting.
• Participate in weekly training and role-plays.
