BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for our Assistive Care offices in Westfield and Livingston, NJ. This hourly role supports client service, caregiver support, and office growth with a warm, organized environment.

Qualifications

• Prepare outgoing mail, information packets, and routine correspondence as needed.
• Maintain filing, forms, and general office organization.
• Support data entry and administrative recordkeeping.
• Monitor office supply levels and help coordinate orders for approval.
• Help maintain shared office spaces, including reception and conference areas.
• Assist with routine administrative tasks that support office managers and day-to-day operations.
• Provide dependable administrative support while adapting to changing priorities and office needs.
• Demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and alignment with The BAYADA Way in all interactions.

Monday through Friday schedule.

Primarily office-based role.

Westfield, NJ and Livingston, NJ. This position will be supporting both offices.
