• Assist with routine administrative tasks that support office managers and day-to-day operations.

Administrative Coordinator – Assistive Care

Salary: $16-$18/hr | Hourly role |

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Administrative Coordinator for our Assistive Care office in Westfield, NJ and Livingston, NJ. This position will be supporting both offices.

The Administrative Coordinator plays an important support role in the office by handling key administrative tasks that help the team stay focused on client service, caregiver support, and office growth.

• Welcome clients, families, employees, and visitors and help create a warm first impression of the office.
• Support front desk coverage and daily office flow.

• Maintain filing, forms, and general office organization.
• Support data entry and administrative recordkeeping.
• Monitor office supply levels and help coordinate orders for approval.

• Experience in healthcare, home care, or another fast-paced service environment.
• Experience with data entry, filing, and general office coordination.

Schedule and Work Environment

• Monday through Friday schedule.
• Primarily office-based role.
• Westfield, NJ and Livingston, NJ. This position will be supporting both offices.
