Qualifications

• 0 to 4 years of accounts receivable, bookkeeping or similar experience
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well with others
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Set up new projects in the accounting system and validate billing terms against contract requirements
• Upload or enter billing-related usage information in accounting system
• Prepare and distribute routine customer invoices and statements
• Assist with internal and external audit requests related to invoices, customer accounts, and accounts receivable records
• Communicate with clients regarding billing and invoice questions, without high-volume collection
• Complete vendor applications as requested by clients
• Communicate clearly with internal team members to support accounting workflows
• Follow established processes with guidance and direction
