Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and verify against POs and receiving records.
• Enter and code invoices in the accounting system and route for approval.
• Assist with vendor payments, ACH, checks, and wire transfers.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, payment, and account discrepancies.
• Perform vendor statement and AP/AR reconciliations.
• Record and apply customer payments and assist with invoicing.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments; maintain accurate records.
• Assist with month-end/year-end close and journal entries.
• Prepare reports and financial information as requested.
