The position requires an associate’s degree in accounting or related field and 1+ year of experience, with proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 1+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient with QuickBooks, Xero and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices (Accounts Payable) and ensure accurate coding.
• Generate customer invoices and apply payments (Accounts Receivable).
• Reconcile bank statements and address discrepancies.
• Enter financial transactions into accounting software with accuracy.
• Support month-end close procedures and help prepare reports.
• Process expense reports and verify receipts.
