Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply accounting principles and policies to AP duties.
• Reconcile bank accounts.
• Process accounts payable: match vendor invoice, bill of lading, and PO before entering the system and pay per terms.
• Participate in month-end closing by obtaining AP aging reports and related documents.
• Assist in gathering information for annual audits.
• File payments and perform final review of paperwork.
• Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
