Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, clerical, or data entry roles preferred.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
Record and process financial transactions, including customer invoices, vendor invoices, and employee expense reports.
Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in the accounting ERP system.
Monitor and follow up on overdue customer accounts.
Support month-end close activities as needed.
