Job summary

Veracity Group is seeking an entry-level to early-career accounting professional to support AR/AP, banking reconciliations, and monthly reports. The role involves preparing aging, depreciation, inventory and sales reports, and assisting with audits.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Accounting or Finance, 1–2 years of experience, solid Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred). Flexible work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, Oracle preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy.
• 1–2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit AR aging and monthly reports to the Founder.
• Follow up on vendor payments and shipment reports weekly.
• Reconcile daily deposits, credit cards, and operating accounts.
• Prepare inventory aging, trend analyses and profitability reports.
• Assist with audits and year-end journal entries.
