Job summary

Toyota Tsusho America is seeking an Account Management Representative I to support assigned customer accounts with order fulfillment, communications, and logistics coordination. You will work with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure accurate and timely execution of customer requirements.

Responsibilities include processing orders, monitoring shipments, maintaining ERP/CRM records, and contributing to continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service and order fulfillment processes.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
• General understanding of supply chain or product flow.

Responsibilities

• Customer Account Support: Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for assigned customer accounts. Respond to routine customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, inventory, and shipment status.
• Order Management: Process purchase orders, order releases, forecasts, and customer schedule changes. Verify pricing, quantities, delivery dates, and shipping requirements.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams regarding customer orders. Monitor inventory availability and communicate shortages or potential delays.
• Customer Service: Investigate and resolve routine customer service issues. Escalate complex operational issues to senior team members.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain customer records and transaction history. Prepare routine customer reports. Monitor open orders and backorder reports. Ensure documentation complies with company procedures. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
