Toyota Tsusho America, Inc. in Maryville, TN is seeking an Account Management Representative to serve as the daily contact for assigned customer accounts.

The role supports order management, supply chain coordination, and proactive customer service to maintain strong relationships. You will process orders, monitor shipments, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure accurate documentation.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, supply chain or administrative roles.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and business processes covered in roles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in transactional work is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Account Support: serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned customer accounts and respond to routine inquiries.
• Order Management: process purchase orders, releases, forecasts, and changes; verify pricing, quantities, and delivery dates.
• Supply Chain Coordination: coordinate with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics for orders and inventory status.
• Customer Service: resolve routine issues and communicate delays and recovery plans to customers.
• Reporting & Documentation: maintain records and prepare routine reports; ensure adherence to procedures.
