Job summary

Toyota Tsusho America, Inc. is seeking an Account Management Representative I to provide operational support for assigned customer accounts, coordinating order fulfillment, communications, inventory availability, logistics activities, and internal processes.

You will learn TTC America’s products, systems, and supply chain while ensuring accurate and timely execution of customer requirements. You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Operations, Logistics, Finance and other

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, supply chain or administrative roles.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for assigned customer accounts and respond to routine inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, inventory, and shipment status.
• Process purchase orders, order releases, forecasts, and customer schedule changes; verify pricing, quantities, delivery dates, and shipping requirements.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics teams regarding customer orders and inventory availability; assist with shipment scheduling and priorities.
• Investigate and resolve routine customer service issues and communicate delays and recovery plans to customers.
• Maintain customer records and transaction history; prepare routine customer reports and monitor open orders and backorders.
