Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC in Louisiana is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) who will train for 18-24 months and then manage their own branch. You will originate new loan business, educate customers on lending options, and guide applicants through the process, while upholding our customer-focused culture.

The role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, with an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required. Ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role.

Responsibilities

Originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding their needs.
Educate customers on consumer lending services and credit improvement.
Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales goal plans.
Process loan closings and support a high-quality customer experience.
