Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager who will learn branch operations in an 18–24 month paid training program and then run a branch. You will originate loans, advise customers, and guide them through the application and funding steps.

As a frontline team member, you’ll recruit and train others, help meet sales goals, and promote our community-focused values. A full relocation package is available for moves over 50 miles and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred.
• Spanish speaking skills are desirable but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role. Full Relocation package is provided for moves more than 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Help customers meet their financial goals by originating new loan business and understanding their needs to propose suitable loan and insurance products.
• Educate customers on all consumer lending services, including credit improvement and debt consolidation.
• Assist with loan applications, reminders, and processing payments.
• Support the Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales plans to hit targets.
• Promote core values and deliver an outstanding customer experience to drive growth and internal promotions.
