Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to learn branch operations and management. You will support sales goals, educate customers on loan products, and help grow a busy local branch through client outreach and cross-selling of services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must meet standards for criminal background, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion; full relocation package provided for moves over 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Help customers meet financial goals through origination of new loan business.
• Educate customers on lending services, credit improvement and debt consolidation.
• Assist with loan applications, closings and insurance claims as needed.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting and training, and sales planning to hit goals.
