Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE Autism Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy to children and young adults with autism across center, home, and community settings. You will implement skill acquisition programs, collect data, and work under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor to ensure high-quality sessions.

The role supports flexible hours, travel as needed, and requires strong communication, data collection, and a commitment to safety and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Interest in ABA and working with children with autism.
• Ability to learn and apply ABA techniques.
• Excellent communication and data collection skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group ABA therapy per treatment plan.
• Maintain targeted caseload hours weekly.
• Collect and document client performance data.
• Travel to home and community settings as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in trainings.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and safety.
