Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE Autism Therapy Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy to children and young adults in center and home settings. You will implement skill acquisition programs, collect data, and support clinical supervision to ensure high-quality therapy.

Responsibilities include data collection, treatment plan implementation, and collaboration with BCBAs and other therapists. Evening or weekend work may be required, with travel to client locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Pursuing or possessing a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, communication disorders, education or related field encouraged.
• Interest in autism and applied behavior analysis; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group ABA therapy to children and young adults under supervision.
• Maintain targeted weekly therapy caseload and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Implement treatment plans across multiple domains (communication, social behavior, self-care).
• Collect data on client progress and ensure accurate session notes and billing.
• Travel to home and community settings as needed; evenings/weekends may be required.
