Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE Autism Therapy Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy to children and young adults in center and home settings. The role involves implementing skill-building programs, collecting data, and adhering to supervision and HIPAA guidelines.

The position offers full-time or part-time schedules, with weekday hours and potential evenings, weekends, and travel to client homes. Starting pay is $22/hour, with benefits and training opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, communication disorders, education or related field is preferred.
• Interest in ABA therapy and development of skills for autisitic clients is essential.
• Ability to learn and apply ABA concepts and data-driven treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group ABA therapy under supervision.
• Collect and maintain data on client performance.
• Follow treatment plans and HIPAA guidelines.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings, participate in team collaboration.
• Ensure accurate billing and documentation of sessions.
