Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will work with a BCBA to implement tailored intervention plans across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement personalized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by the BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with clients using ABA methods, such as DTT and naturalistic teaching.
• Record and document client behavior and progress with designated tools.
• Support clients in communication, social interaction, self-care, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other professionals to ensure consistency across settings.
• Maintain clear communication with families, caregivers, and team members.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with ABA practices.
