Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy to children and young adults in centers and homes. You will implement skill programs and collect data under supervision, maintaining high quality of care for clients and families.

The role requires collaboration with a Clinical Supervisor, flexible hours, and potential travel. Training, certifications, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Interest in Autism Spectrum Disorder and ABA therapy.
• Willingness to learn and grow with training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group ABA therapy under supervision.
• Collect data on target behaviors and maintain records.
• Implement treatment plans across centers, homes and communities.
