Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy to children and young adults in center and home settings. You will collect data, support treatment plans, and collaborate with Clinical Supervisors to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree and/or enrolled in psychology, communication disorders, education or related field preferred.
• Interest in Autism Spectrum Disorder and ABA.
• Ability to learn and grow in Behavior Technician role.
• Proficiency with iPad, Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group ABA therapy to children and young adults with autism under supervision.
• Maintain targeted caseload hours of therapy per week.
• Collect and record client performance data; assist with insurance notes.
• Implement treatment plans across centers, homes and communities; travel as needed.
• Enforce standards for high quality care and confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Participate in training, meetings and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
