BY YOUR SIDE is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA Therapy to children with autism in center, home, and community settings under supervision. You will implement skill acquisition programs, collect data on target behaviors, and support comprehensive therapy for BY YOUR SIDE clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or enrolled in related field.
• Willingness to learn about Autism Spectrum Disorder and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Ability to communicate proactively and professionally with clients and families.
• Proficiency with iPad and MS Office for data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in center, home, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans and data collection on target behaviors under supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; document progress notes.
• Travel between therapy environments; participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Assist with assessments and contribute to client progress reporting.
