BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services is seeking an Entry Level Behavior Technician to administer ABA therapy under supervision, supporting children and young adults. You will collect data, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in center, home, and community settings.

The role offers both full-time and part-time schedules, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for RBT certification and professional growth. Evening and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder and ABA concepts encouraged.
• Ability to work with children and families in centers and home settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group ABA therapy under supervision.
• Maintain targeted caseload hours per week.
• Collect data on target behaviors and track progress.
• Travel to home and community settings as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
