Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE seeks a Behavior Technician - Entry Level to deliver ABA therapy to children and young adults under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor. The role includes data collection, implementing treatment plans across center, home, and community settings, and travel as needed.

Starting pay is $21 per hour with full-time and part-time opportunities, paid training and certifications (RBT, Safety Care and CPR), and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, holidays, wellness days,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, communication disorders, education or related field preferred.
• Eagerness to learn about Applied Behavior Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group therapy to children and young adults with autism.
• Maintain targeted caseload hours of therapy per week.
• Collect and maintain accurate records of client performance.
• Travel to centers, homes, and communities as required.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
