Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy across center, home, and community settings. The role involves applying skill acquisition and behavior management plans under clinical supervision, collecting data, and communicating results to the Clinical Supervisor and BCBA team.

The candidate performs 1:1 or small group sessions, maintains accurate records, and travels as needed. Prior ABA exposure and strong teamwork are preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Willingness to learn about Autism and ABA.
• Ability to follow supervision and training.
• Strong communication with families and team.

Responsibilities

• Enforce ABA Therapy standards to maintain high quality of care.
• Provide direct 1:1 or small group therapy under supervision.
• Maintain targeted caseload hours of therapy per week.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and data handling.
• Implement treatment plans across centers, home, and community.
• Travel to home/community as needed.
• Assist with assessments under supervision.
• Document client performance data in online system.
• Ensure billing for all sessions through online platform.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Support daily operations of therapy center.
