BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services is hiring an entry-level Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy to children and young adults. You will work under supervision to implement treatment plans and collect data for progress tracking.

Offering full-time and part-time schedules, paid training, and opportunities for RBT certification, the role includes travel to client centers and homes as needed. A positive, patient approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, communication disorders, education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group ABA therapy to children and young adults.
• Maintain targeted caseload hours weekly.
• Collect data and maintain client performance records.
• Implement treatment plans across centers, homes and community settings.
• Travel to client locations as needed.
