Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy to children in center and home settings under the Clinical Supervisor. You will implement skill acquisition programs, collect data, and participate in training to maintain high quality care.

The role requires flexibility with evenings and weekends, travel as needed, and the ability to work across multiple environments. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s or pursuing studies in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Interest in autism and ABA therapies desired.
• Ability to learn and apply ABA principles and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group ABA therapy to children and young adults with autism under supervision.
• Maintain targeted caseload hours of therapy per week.
• Collect and maintain data on client performance and behavior.
• Ensure confidentiality in line with HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver treatment plans across multiple domains and environments.
• Travel to home, center, and community settings as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in meetings.
