Job summary

Leapsome GmbH is seeking an Entry IT Support Specialist in Fort Lee to maintain and troubleshoot our technical systems and support day-to-day IT operations. You will start with hands-on IT support and equipment management, growing into more advanced work while leveraging AI tools from day one.

You will set up laptops, manage devices, assist with Google Workspace, and help keep our asset lists current. A strong communicator comfortable with rapid learning is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–1+ years in IT support or similar role, entry level welcome.
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS troubleshooting and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues and resolve tickets within SLA.
• Track and manage inventory of IT equipment and assets; setup and replacements.
• Administer Google Workspace at account and user level; assist with maintenance tasks.
• Maintain troubleshooting docs; assist with routine system maintenance and security updates.
• Support dashboards in Google Data Studio and assist with data reporting.
• Leverage AI assistants to speed up troubleshooting and scripting; collaborate to improve workflows.
