Xperteez Technology Pvt Ltd is seeking Computer User Support Specialists to support a key customer project remotely. You will apply advanced troubleshooting to hardware, software, and networking issues, with a focus on documenting solutions and contributing to training data quality.

No AI-specific experience required; domain knowledge matters. You will diagnose, resolve issues, and document steps in a ticketing system, while collaborating asynchronously and communicating complex concepts clearly

Qualifications

Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software across platforms.
Solid networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VPN, and DNS troubleshooting.
Experience documenting steps and solutions in a ticketing system.
Excellent written and verbal communication; user-friendly explanations.

Responsabilités

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues for users.
Provide OS support for Windows, MacOS, and Linux environments.
Document troubleshooting steps clearly in the ticket system and share resolutions.
Suggest process improvements to enhance workflows and data quality.
Collaborate asynchronously and communicate complex concepts in writing.
Identify recurring issues and contribute recommendations to the project team.
