Job summary

Syngenta Group is seeking Independent Seed Advisors to promote Golden Harvest seed products directly to growers as self-employed partners. You will operate within your territory, with the support of Syngenta agronomy professionals, selling, distributing, and servicing seed products.

As an Independent Seed Advisor, you will build your own business, develop territory plans, forecast demand, and work toward sales and market-share targets while leveraging digital tools and agronomic support.

Responsibilities

• Promote Golden Harvest seed products to growers; sell, distribute and service seed.
• Create demand and educate customers about Syngenta solutions.
• Recommend product placement and manage field concerns with agronomy support.
• Forecast for customers and develop territory business plans.
• Meet sales, profit and market-share targets within district guidelines.
• Collect market intelligence and report value chain insights.
