Job summary

Permanent People Rec2Rec is seeking an entrepreneurial recruitment professional to develop its Texas market. You will own client relationships, drive new business, and generate revenue while potentially leading a small team in the future.

Joining at Associate Director / Director level, you’ll build a profitable operation within Construction, Engineering or related technical sectors, with backing from an international group and substantial autonomy over strategy and growth.

Responsibilities
