Connect Search, LLC is partnering with a rapidly expanding leader in the fire and life safety industry to hire a Corporate Recruiter in the Houston area. This newly created role offers a chance to help shape recruiting strategies and build proactive pipelines as the company scales.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills, and a track record of building relationships and pipelines in operations-focused industries such as construction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, passive candidate sourcing, and targeted outreach.
• Experience recruiting within construction, industrial, or other operations-focused industries.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across the organization.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and partner with leadership on workforce planning.

Connect Search is partnering with a rapidly expanding leader in the fire and life safety industry to find an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join their team. This is a newly created position due to growth and an exciting opportunity to help shape recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, and partner directly with leadership as the company continues to expand. South/SE Houston location.
